REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS (RFQ/RFP)
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR)
Notice is hereby given that the Carlos Area Joint Powers Authority (JPA) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications and Proposals from firms interested in providing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the construction of a new Carlos Area Joint Powers Authority Fire Hall.
Qualified firms may obtain the Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/RFP) beginning Friday, February 6, 2026, by contactintghe City of Carlos at office@cityofcarlos.com.
Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/RFP) must be received by the Carlos Area Joint Powers Authority no later than 2:00 P.M. Thursday, February 26, 2026.
Carlos Area Joint Powers Authority intends to evaluate qualifications and select the most qualified firm in accordance with Minn. Stat. § 471.463. The Carlos Area Joint Powers Authority reserves the right to reject any or all submissions, to waive informalities, and to request additional information as deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
