City of Carlos Water/Sewer Rate Changes
Residents are hereby notified of upcoming changes to water and sewer rates, effective January 1, 2026.
New Water Rate Structure

A flat rate of $46.00 will apply to the first 1,000 gallons of water used.

Additional water usage beyond 1,000 gallons will be billed at $5.50 per additional 1,000 gallons.
MDA Water Connection Fee
-
The MDA Water Connection Fee will increase to $1.26.
These adjustments are necessary to support ongoing operation, maintenance, and improvements to the water and sewer system.
