REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR SUBCONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION
NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The purpose of this RFQ is to evaluate the qualifications, experience, and capabilities of prospective subcontractors and establish a list of qualified firms eligible to submit bids for designated scopes of work in accordance with Minnesota Statute 471.463. Successful bidders may enter a contract with Cecko Construction Co., the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Project. RFQ responses are due no later than Wednesday July 8th at 2:00PM CST. RFQ Documents can be attained via email request to: joe@ceckoconstruction.com.
The Project includes construction of a new 11,000 SF slab on grade, conventionally framed fire hall including apparatus bays, supporting spaces, administrative and meeting areas, site improvements, utilities, and other associated work. The anticipated construction start is Late November 2026 pending a successful November 3rd referendum with a bid alternate for a construction start Spring 2027.
